About Diego’s
Founded in 2018, Diego’s Mexican Food was established with the goal of bringing authentic Mexican flavors to the United States. The owners, Luis Morales and his wife Daniella came to Yuma from Coahuila, Mexico, and named the restaurant after their son, Diego. Luis and Daniella have worked to create a menu that encompasses both authentic family recipes, and some newer, Mexican-American combinations, to ensure there’s something for all taste preferences!
